If you’re unsure, simply book a 60-minute session. At the start of your appointment, we’ll discuss where you feel tension and what you’d like to improve. From there, the treatment will be tailored to your needs.

Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability. The best way to check is to book online or get in touch directly. Evening appointments are also available on selected days.

Your first session starts with a short discussion about your tension, lifestyle and any areas of discomfort. Treatment pressure is always adjusted to your comfort level, and you’re encouraged to communicate at any time during the session.

Most clients leave feeling noticeably looser and more mobile.

For ongoing tension or training recovery, many clients benefit from sessions every 2–4 weeks. For more persistent tightness, a short initial block of regular sessions may be recommended.

Yes. Home visits can be arranged for an additional £10+ depending on distance. Please enquire when booking.
