By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Services Provided
Greg Ritter Massage Therapy provides professional massage therapy services, including but not limited to:
Deep Tissue Massage
Sports Recovery Massage
Back, Neck & Shoulder Relief
Mobility & Tension Reset
Massage therapy is provided for muscular tension relief, relaxation, and mobility support.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or physiotherapy.
3. Appointments & Booking
Appointments may be booked via:

All bookings are subject to availability.
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be charged in full.
Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged at 100% of the session fee.
This policy is in place to respect appointment availability and preparation time.
5. Late Arrival
If you arrive late:
Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client.
The full session fee may still apply.
6. Health & Medical Information
You must disclose any relevant health conditions, injuries, or medical concerns prior to treatment.
Massage therapy may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions. In some cases, a GP’s approval may be required.
Greg Ritter Massage Therapy reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
7. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
Providing accurate and complete health information
Communicating comfort levels during treatment
Informing the therapist of any discomfort
Massage pressure will always be adjusted to your comfort level.
8. Payment
Payment is due at the time of appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
9. Professional Boundaries
Massage therapy is strictly professional.
Any inappropriate behaviour, comments, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and refusal of future bookings.
10. Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and effective treatment:
Results may vary between individuals.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes.
Greg Ritter Massage Therapy shall not be liable for any loss or injury resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow advice given.
11. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Vouchers must be used within [Insert validity period, e.g., 12 months].
Lost vouchers may not be replaceable.
